The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

The one flaw i'd say that was evidenced in todays game that I have a gripe with is the reaction time and/or speed at which it takes him to cover 1st base on some of these grounders to the right side. On two occasions he got over a little late, which cost him base hits that lead to runs being scored. That being said, for a pitcher, that isn't a major flaw fantasy wise, and it shouldn't be hard to fix.

He was fantastic in the first half of the season last year as well, and came back to earth in the 2nd half. I'd worry about that happening again this year. Like I said, he's good, but I'm not going to pursue a trade for him at this point.
