Yeah, I wrote that section, and it's about a guy named Bobby who plays for the As, not a dude named Bubba on the Dodgers.

Oh, now it makes sense.... It wasn't *Bobby* Crosby, it was *Bubba* Crosby. Bobby Crosby is Tejada's replacement next year... Bubba Crosby is a Dodgers minor-league outfielder whom I know nothing about. Hehe, that was funny.

I misspelled it the first time, sorry 'bout that. I have trade frenzy and my fingers are going nuts!

Being traded to the Dodgers doesn't exactly help Ventura's value. Dodger Stadium is know as THE pitchers park in the MLB....

Crosby is a 26-year old journeyman outfielder who has been taking good advantage of playing in Las Vegas. Through 2002 he had 26 career minor league HRs in 1711 ABs. This year he has 12 in 277 and was batting nearly 100 points higher than his career norm.

no value..

Does that mean he's been gambling and hanging out with a lot of strippers?

Thanks wrveres, we can't expect the Yankees will get some valuable prospects with Ventura. :-)
