Does he look poised for a breakout year? Or is it all just a fluke start. What kind of numbers should one expect from him?

Is Jorge Julio the real deal?

Spivey will be good at steals, but will struggle to put up power stats. If you're waiting for Eric Young to produce get Spivey now or if you don't have a solid 2B right now!

Jorge won't be the real deal, but he'll help you get more saves. He pitches well, with good ERA and WHIP, and will be a just outside the top ten closers in fantasy baseball but don't expect him to be a Mariano or Trevor!

Spivey will be a solid player, neither star nor scrub. An average of .300 sounds about right, and he may stay on his runs pace, but look for less rbi's down the line.

Julio is a bit of a mystery at the moment. At the moment, he looks like the O's best closer option, but Willis Roberts isn't out of the running yet. A sloppy performance or two by Julio, and he could well be back in set-up duty. Also, the possibility of a trade sometime this season, with either Julio being dealt away or another closer being brought in, isn't off the board yet either. I like what he's shown so far, and he could be good for you this season, but don't put all your eggs in his basket.

All right, thanks, I've got Matt Anderson, Kim, Foulke, and Gagne along with Julio, so I've got no save worries (despite not leading my league in saves ... yet)

I have Fernando Vina, I just wanted to keep an eye on Spivey as a potentially valuable backup

Hey Treb, keep a CLOSE eye on Spivey. I like him a lot and so do the Dbacks. I think .300 may be a little to high for him, at least right now. But he's batting near the top of the order and the Dbacks are scoring a lot of runs. Also, he'll help you in stolen bases as well.

Look out for Spivey. He had another solid game tonight. Granted it was against a double A pitcher but i'm telling you Spivey is legit.

Also, in case you dont know, watch out for Danny Bautista too. I think he may have a solid year as well.
