where is the LOVE for BRAD HAWPE!?!?!?

Sleepers, updates, strategy, advice ... if it doesn't fit one of the more specialized categories, it goes right here! (Note: Please do NOT post trade, keeper or 'rate my team' questions - they have separate forums.)

I believe that Hawpe is the real deal

He had great success in minors, and best part about him is that he can hit on the road.

I also think that Hawpe is a better hitter than Holliday.

I loved him last year but I seem to always be a year off with my projections

I finally decided I couldn't ignore the numbers he was putting up, and snagged him from the FA pool. Seems that other managers in my leagues aren't 100% sold on him either, but I guess I'll give him a ride while he's hot, however long that may last. . . .

You could say that when Holliday and Hawpe bat back to back they are a penniless hobo's Ortiz and Ramirez

I got nothing but love for the guy... my drafted outfield has been hobboling or ice cold and the last two weeks, Hawpe's has carried the stat load for me.... And all on the road.
