Yes, it does. It has backfired this week in my weekly line-up league. 4 of my 5 starters have two starts this week. 1 measly win in 5 games so far.

our league allows 2 pickups per week, no waivers. were allowed to include weekly pickups in trades. i think it's perfect.

that sounds pretty good

no waivers in my weekly leagues either...waivers are lame

Our money league has a 65 transaction limit. Works out to 2.6 moves per week. perfect. Gives you the mobility to make SOME moves but not to churn. We came up with it about 3 years ago. We suffered through one year with 2 or 3 churners. The churners did not make the playoffs. But, that year wasn't as much fun. Had a lot of arguments. The next year we put the move limit in. Everything is rosey now and the entire league loves it.
