so anyone else out there in such pain as me seeing the stat line that davis is putting up this year...i had him as being a solid 3 or 4 pitcher on my roster behind beckett and halladay and what does he do..BLOW UP at every opportunity he gets...has anyone seen any of his games, is he pitching poorly or are people just hitting him...whats up??

I have bad luck when it comes to signatures that the person either gets traded or hurt...in this case I hope he gets traded.

This IS the real Doug Davis. He's a mediocre pitcher.

I dunno, it's missing the "official" and "bandwagon" terms.

It's the third week of the season, I'd start worrying in another 3.
Yes, I was, uh... I was thinking about ordering the tape, the videotape... about the college girls and the... the wild... the wildness. They're going wild or something? Somebody told me... about going wild.

208 K's in a season isn't mediocre. He's coming out of the gate slow, but nothing to get in a fuss about.

I was just thinking this though. I figured even if he broke even on W, he'd still K guys but he's not even doing that.

This is the 3rs straight year i've had him...so naturally I know him well. He is an innings eater who gets solid K's. That is it. He can fill a 4 spot in a rotation. No more. He may break out...but I dont think we can expect much more than what he did last year.

He may have been and innings eater/K's guy in the past, but this year he's a little better than junk.. Look at tonight and his last 2 starts, he's yet to make it late into any game and has not been impressive K wise.. It says something if the opponents pitchers are killing him.. Im dropping him because his stock is no better than a 8 game winners.. I cannot afford to keep him and be 0-3 in my HTH league
