Craig Wilson...Rejuvenated???

From Rotoworld

Craig Wilson is expected to act as the Pirates' everyday first baseman with Sean Casey going on the disabled list.
Wilson should be picked up immediately in mixed leagues. He's 9-for-26 with five homers in 11 games this season. He could be good for another 10 to 12 homers while Casey misses six to eight weeks. Apr. 15 - 1:41 pm et

I am likely the biggest Wilson supporter in the cafe. The way the Pirates have treated him is a joke if you ask me.

The guy had 3 consecutive years where he improved all categories before his injury year last year.

If he is full time I will likely be starting him in place of Swisher in my deep league.
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

well, casey is out 6-8 weeks, and wilson has some pop, not that bad as an occassional backup, but i dont think id start him at a power position like 1st...

Ah, but he has 1B and OF eligibility which could make him a decent 3rd OF for a team that needs some more power.

Heck, he even stole a base tonight and got a triple! 8-o ;-D

No.

As for Craig Wilson, he's streaky as hell and can mash lefties, so he's a nice fit if you can platoon him in the right spots. But enjoy him while he's hot, as he can really go off in brief stretches.
