The Yankee lineup isn't going to make him pitch any better.
I can't see Pavano, who has a career ERA of 4.27 over the course of 7 MLB seasons, suddenly dropping his ERA down to 3.75, an area he's been only twice in his career. I don't see him keeping his ERA under 4.00, nor do I see his WHIP being below 1.40. 120 K's is a possibility, which he could even exceed if he throws enough innings, but I can't see him winning more than 12 games (he only has once in his career), or holding opposing batters under .280
All in all, he's not a viable fantasy option in most leagues, in my opinion.
