I'm not a huge Nevin fan but its a tad early to say he's terrible. In 2004 playing in Petco he hit .289 with 26 HR, 105 RBI and a .859 OPS. Move him to Texas and I think he has a chance to put up some decent numbers considering I got him in the 22nd round of a 14 team league.
I picked him up b4 his big 1 HR, 5 RBI night. You gotta figure the cleanup hitter when home at Texas will put up good numbers. He has Young, Tex hitting in front of him, with Blalock hitting behind him. You couldn't ask for a better situation.
For now I'll def start him at home. Maybe some good matchups on the road.
