I really can't even imagine a fantasy rookie doing all this overdrafting, my guess is that this is someone who simply wanted to draft the guys he likes and to have a team completely made up of "his players". I did this in one of my recent public leagues, overdrafted a ton of guys just to get the guys I wanted. However, I still have a pretty good team, nothing like this drek........

The Chipper Jones in the 7th and Tom Glavine in the 18th were decent picks.
