If you call the two infield hits blowing up, then he really blew up. The poor kid gave up two infield squiggles... then he hit Posada, which was not warranted. Finally, he got a double play ball, but walker bobbled it costing him the game. It was his fault the bases were loaded, but they could have gotten out of the inning on that error by walker.
yeah, cbs didn't update the e.r. stats until this morning. thanks. GREAT information to know; i'm just munching on my hands hoping that bk holds down this job. if this season has taught me anything, it's that no closer is safe.
Kim's job is safe, don't worry. He's barely had it a week and had what one save opp? Yesterday was hardly a meltdown, as has already been said. Walker makes that play, he's out. And its not like he got drilled. His hits were groundballs barely out of reach of infielders. I wouldn't worry.
