My advice is to edit your post and list by position. It'll make it easier to analyze.

It does appear that you are lacking some power since you took pitching so early. I'd try to move a SP for a big bat.

I would try to couple a speed guy and a starting pitcher for a big power bat.

team is ok but you don't have much power hitters

i suggest you trade away your pedro for a solid pitcher and up and coming hitter

make your team more polished
and pedro is a bit of risk for injury i think
therefore trade him while he has high value
