12 team league

A) What do you think of my draft.

B) Would you guys do this trade:

I give:

I get:
Jason Varitek
Miggy Cabrera (weakened FLA line-up)
Ordonez (risk)
Brad Lidge

I think that trade only furthers my team. I can utility many of them and even trade on of my (what would be) 9-10 OFer's for another IF or two. Only problem is firstbase and no infield depth. But I'd still have Cantu, Jones, and Crosby there and that's a very solid IF.

I like your team. You need another closer unless you count holds and than you need another closer and another holds guy.

I would not do the trade. You would be trading away the best player (or #2 player) in fantasy baseball so don't do that. You would also end up with what 9 OF players. It sounds easy to say that you will do a 2 or 3 for 1 trade to upgrade your OF by trading quantity for quality but those are hard to do.

I would try to trade bonds in that trade. I would not get rid of Pujols. He going to be to good. Try to swing a deal and get rid of bonds. No one knows what kind of hot water this season will bring, but my guess is he'll be missing a few games to be in court, or the doctors office.

Pujols is too much of a proven commodity to trade away. You need a closer, but the season hasn't even started yet and you may be able to pick one up when someone loses their job. i like the idea of trading away Glaus though, because I think he will get injured.
