I hit 86 in college ball but couldn't throw that for a strike consistently.

My first thought was that this was about hitting yourself with force. I was going to tell a story about the time I kneed myself in the face, but since it's about pitching, I guess I won't.

I wouldn't mind hearing about that. :-)
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

I think I could hit 50-60 MPH with my fastball back in little league... !+) On the other hand, my 30 MPH change was almost unhittable.
(taps little picture of a microphone)... is this thing on?

In little league, you couldn't touch me. Just imagine Greg Maddux stuff, with a Barry Zito curve. Woooohhhhhh, I could make people look stupid. I probably couldn't make the high school team now though, they are pretty good...

I hit 82 on the machine at Hammond Stadium two springs ago when my labrum was still torn (I think it adds like 5-10 MPH to make you feel good, though). I can probably hit about 60 right now but my surgery is loosening up and I am on a throwing program.

Look out over 35 ASA!
Be excellent to each other.

Well when I did play probably somewhere in the mid 70's and I actually had a pretty good curve but I haven't played organized baseball for a few years.

Mid 70's myself.

I have a friend who couldn't hit the broadside of a barn, but got clocked at 98 once. I was there.
