Great points, and I would never suggest drafting Capellan as the 88th player. However, he gets the "Value" ranking because he has a higher projected points per inning than the avg if the top 55 SP. Same for Liriano. It just points out that you could get value from these players, especially if you can get them much later than their "Value" suggests.
