Here's what I watch:

24- Can't wait for it to come back, great show ;-D

Law and Order (all of them): One of my favorites and you can miss a week and not feel bad about it. The normal one is ok, kinda sucks since Jerry Orbach left (RIP). SVU is pretty good, a little weird but that is the subject matter. Criminal Intent is by far my favorite, Vincent D'Onofrio is the $h*t ;-D ;-D

Boston Legal: James Spader and Shatner are f'in hilarious ;-D

ER: Not in its prime any more but still a solid show with some good new characters and plot lines ;-D

West Wing: Totally underrated show. Granted, it used to be better, but it is still very good and the writing is some of the best out there, and completely blows away the BS from some of the shows like Commander in Chief (which sucks btw) that get a lot better response. It didn't really help that NBC stuck it on a 8 PM sunday time slot either, and now its gone for November sweeps :-t

Family Guy: Do I even have to explain ;-D

Desperate Housewives: Yeah I know :*) But some of the chicks are pretty hot and it is actually a little entertaining when there isn't a new family guy on.

Without a Trace is awsome but what's with all those French/Italian like names? :-?

Anthony LaPaglia(I thought he was Italian, born in Australia)
Poppy Montgomery(one with the American name, born in Australia)

Marianne Jean-Baptiste(French? Nope, born in London)

Enrique Murciano(Mexican? Hispanic? Born in Miami)

Eric Close(American? Yep)

Dude! I hear ya man, I always thought LaPaglia was a badass New York Italian... and then I see him on Letterman and he talks (and dresses) like he's from the damn outback! I half expected him to whip out a boomerang... but, I guess that's why he won the best actor emmy last year.

Anyway, you see Without A Trace last night? AWESOME!

Last night's episode re-established my belief in the non-linear crime drama.

And Poppy is hot.
