You should still be able to do that with the single router, no? If you have the primary router routing, filtering, etc. and the second router acting just like an extension to the first you would still be able to use the slave unit wirelessly but in effect be connecting through the first. I have never done this with a wireless setup so I don't know for sure but that seems right to me.
