Alot of those first round picks are pretty questionable. Brown has been awesome, but the injury risk is still there to too much of an extent to make taking him in round 1 advisable. I'd take any of the Oakland trio before Brown. Unless this is a keeper, Prior also shouldn't be taken in round 1; he hasn't yet completed a full 200 inning season, and there's no telling if he wears down or loses something as the league sees more of him.

I also think taking Gagne or Smoltz in round 1 would be a mistake. Having a top closer is nice, but they don't really make enough of an impact on your stats to be worth it. You're better off taking a 4 or 5 category hitter, and the drop off between those two closers and a Foulke or Wagner isn't that great. Finally, why people have been taking Bret Boone in the first round defies me. If they want a top 2B, Kent should be taken first, and Nomar should also be taken long before Boone.

And Delgado over AROD????

And I would have taken Pujols before Bonds; it's crazy he dropped so low.

Perhaps the most appauling thing for me is Pedro falling to round 3. That's ridiculous.
