No need to kid, Frances was asking for it. My personal favorites:

I do think we should have a single post where all the arrogant Roberts bashers could just post that they were wrong all along and maybe should have had more fo an open mind -- or atleast been fair about things.

It aint always gonna just be arod vlad pujols....welcome to the new elite player. Brian Roberts, sorry if you didn't draft him.

Roberts obviously isnt the same player as last year and now that this has lasted through May it would be silly to expect him to "revert" back to last years numbers.

yea i dont get the ricky henderson comparison, roberts wont get 100 bags.... compare him to arod or vlad maybe, soriano maybe.
Bury me a Royal.

Yeah, the Vlad comparisons were just a little farfetched.

You think? Most noticeable thing for me is that this is now two years in a row where his steals go down the crapper Post All-Star Break.

Anyone who couldnt see at least a moderate drop in Brob's production coming is a fool.

That said, he really has taken a dive, along with the rest of the bloody organization.

No pitching and Roberts, Mora and to a lesser extent Tejada have stopped getting hits. Not a good mix.

I am still looking for that machine that is swapping out Oriole and A's talent between bodies at the AS break.
