15 team 5x5 roto keeper league

My SP stink, so I am targeting whip, era, & saves w rp's. I am next to last in wins, so there's nothing but upside here.

I am 1st in runs and 2nd in hitting overall.

What moves do you think I should make?

My roster:
C – B. Molina
1b – N. Swisher
2b – C. Figgins
3b – A. Rod
ss – K. Johnson
of – B. Clark
of – G. Sizemore
of – P. Wilson
of – R. Ibanez
u – M. Young
p – J. Crain
p – A.J. Burnett
p – D. Turnbow
p – B. Chen
p – C. Politte
p – K. Rod
p – R. Seanez
p – Y. Brazoban
bench – C. Jones
bench – G. Maddox
bench – D. Lowe
dl – E. Gagne

Ok, Gange is gone 4 the season, so try to unload him on one of the less intelligent baseball minds in your league, bolster your bullpen , and add a good outfielder and you should be off to the races

You could use a stud SP, RP, and OF, actually. I guess 15 teams is pretty deep, but there are a lot of much better looking teams hitting and pitching wise in my 14 team league...however, keeper wise this could be a very good team in the future.

Help me out?
