Braves placed RHP Tim Hudson on the 15-day disabled list because of a strained left oblique.
Hopefully, this is a case of the Braves being especially cautious given Hudson's history of left oblique problems. Jim Brower takes Hudson's 25-man roster spot. The Braves may call up Chuck James to start in his place on Saturday. Jun. 16 - 4:45 pm et

Well that makes three pitchers on the DL...

Schilling, Hudson, Wood.

I better have the best 2nd half pitching staff known to man.

My guess is that it won't be a long stint... he's been pitching poorly (at least by Hudson standards) as of late, and now we know why... when he gets healthy he should return to form. That's good news, anyway ;-D

I am going to have to change my team name to the all dl team. Bedard, Perez, Harden, Vidro, Nomar, Wolf, and now hudson. I suspect either Smoltz or Burrett to get hurt next. So I suggest if you have them you might want to trade them :-[

In one league...try Schilling, Hudson, Thomson, Benitez, Lyon, Escobar. I drafted C. Zambrano, Hudson and Schilling and am next to last in Ws.

In another try Prior, Beckett, Lyon, Thomson, Hampton.

It is just ridiculous.
