Luis Gonzalez. He's flat out a fantasy baseball stud. Check his annual numbers. He's not too shabby with the homers either, though he'll never hit 57 again.

Edmonds is more of a 100-30-105 runs, homers, rbi guy.
Luis can easily put up 100-40-115.
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

I think they are about equal. I give the edge to Edmonds because of the lineup he's in should help him produce a lot of runs.

I'd say Luis .. cus he will play everyday .. with Edmonds .. Ya never know ... and there is nothing more annoying than wondering if a player is starting or not ...

Talent = Equal
Lineup = Edmonds
Health = Luis
Just about ready to bust out, again. = Luis

Edmonds without ANY hesitation. After Pujols before Rolen. Can't go wrong there. Pujols kinda cleans up his RBI opportunities.

Both are lefties which is a plus but Edmonds can take it deep opposite field.
The ONLY edge I give to Gonzo is his home park.
The key to Fantasy Sports is NOT about Sports but rather the "manipulation of numbers" in your favor

Down goes Edmonds .. hope you made the correct choice ..
only one day later ..

Jim Edmonds might be headed to the disabled list with a rib-cage injury suffered Wednesday.
Trainer Barry Weinberg said there was some slight separation of the ribs from the cartilage. ''It's very serious,'' trainer Barry Weinberg said. ''Right now, without overreacting, we'll see how it is Saturday and Sunday.'' If Edmonds joins Eli Marrero on the DL, the Cardinals will give Orlando Palmeiro most of the playing time in center.
roto world ..

doesn't sound good...
