I'd say Foppart or Webb.
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

I think I'd go with Ben Sheets for the time being. He may finally live up to his potential this season.

Sheets has always been a K-per-inning guy, but has historically given up too many runs. Over his last few starts, however, his ERA has crept down to the point where it's threatening to be under 4.00. Still not great, I know... but a K-per-inning guy w/ an ERA under 4.00 deserves some consideration. (Even if he does play for the Brewers.)
Everything you know is wrong.

Yeah, I agree that Sheets is the best option out of that list, although that doesn't say much for him. Expect lots of K's but few wins playing for the dreadful Brewers. Eaton is still on the DL and is very inconsistent, although he is also a strikeout pitcher. Foppert and Ramirez are rookies, and unproven, and I wouldn't mess with either in non-keeper leagues. Webb likely won't even have a job when Randy Johnson is back, and will be sent down. He is also an unproven rookie, and I really don't like playing with rookie pitchers in fantasy leagues. Rookie hitters are fine because they don't have the same potential to totally hose you with one bad game that pitchers do.
