I know he is in the minors, but anyone have any ideas about him becoming the regular Tiger closer when he does return? Or possibly being dealt to STL or BOS to close? He is available on waivers and am thinking about using my last slot to stash him away...

Don't pick him up unless he gets a closer spot somewhere. That's a wasted waiver priority

Why is he in the minors? He's excellent trade bait for the tigers. Did they send him down, because they realized that they won't need one this year? :-b

From what I read he is in the minors cause he lost 10 mph off his fastball and they are trying to build his arm strength and confidence.
