Halladay is a young SP, but has done well enough to warrant the top pick. Looks to be on top of his game again.
Miller had good success the 2nd half of last season, and is still considered a fine pitcher. He pitches in a hitters park, so is a scary option at thome when not pitching well. When he pitches well, he is still one of the best.
Garcia is starting to lose some of his lustre. Once a top fantasy starter, he now appears to be a mediocre pitcher who is very hittable at times. SHould still manage some wins for a good club, and probably a couple decent performances here and there.
Zambrano at the moment would be the next best option. He is huge and throws hard. Could continue to shine, or hit a wall and be worthless.
Armas hasn't quite lived up to his potential, but has been a solid pitcher for stretches. The injury is a concern, I'd stay away.
Sabathia could be a good pitcher if alot of things fell into place. He plays for a bad team, and hasn't improved since his debut season. Could turn his career around and be a fine power pitcher, but it won't happen this year. Pass.
