Do I have too many young starters to win?

My rotation is:
Randy Johnson
Kelvim Escobar

And then young starters:
Zach Greinke
Noah Lowry
David Bush
Jeff Francis
Denny Bautista

14-team mixed league. Don't know if I can count on at least 3 of the young guys emerging.

Do I need to switch gears and get a veteran innings eater with less upside?

I would say yes, get an innings man. Given that Escobar is on 15 day DL and Randy is really old. Randy should be there, but not tough to see him missing a few starts. Maybe pair a young prospect w/ an expendable offensive piece to get a decent SP, or match young pitcher w/ good offensive player to aim for an Oswalt or Carlos Zambrano.
Problem is, if your youngsters don't come through, then you've got a mess.
