I'm looking to find out if there's a computer program out there that shows how players do against pitchers, and if the program allows you to add info as the season progresses.

In Yahoo*...if you click the players name..then click the "batters vs Pitchers"...it has all the pitchers that a hitter has faced and how they did against them...I don't know of a specific program that does it though... :-)

*a lot of other sites have a similar listing...

i recommend this method as well. it's real simple.
