Kevin Brown....injured and getting rocked

Postby warbird1 » Sat Apr 02, 2005 10:07 am

Is anyone holding on to him? I am thinking about releasing him...he is getting rocked and his back is bothering him...any thoughts?

Thanks!

15 wins no way if the yankees thought he could win they would of put him on the playoff roster.

I think he was on the playoff roster, or at least, it wasn't as simple as "they didn't include him on the playoffs roster because he wasn't good enough."
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

I just dropped him in two leagues for Paul Byrd. Byrd is a stud for K/BB ratio and developed a sinker this year.

Does Jaret Wright have any more value than Brown? Someone has to pick up the 100+ wins the yankees are gonna have.

I like Wright as a latter round pick now. I did not like the signing but he has looked good so far and seems to have his head screwed on straight for now. We shall see, but his stock has risen considerably over the last month in my eyes. He is not RJ, but the Vaz comparison may not be warranted. Stil a pretty sizeable injury risk, but no where near as big as Brown is.
