Strong team, I especially like your starting pitching. I would look into getting a more productive 1b bench other than Bagwell because Texeira is out for at least a month or two.

I'm not too high on Wells this year. He has absolutely no support in that lineup. I actually have Jones higher than Wells. Also I think Thomson is a great sleeper this year, i would pull the trigger

I voted no, I think wells is going to be really good this year. Not so sure on thomson, which is why I said no.

I like your team, but would tweak it a bit to get some consistent less risk players.

The IF is good, i'm not a big fan of Nomah. Personally I would try to swing him for an upgrade, but I know some ppl love him.
OF is pretty solid. Lee is going to be huge this year, I think giles will be good like always, and wells i'm expecting to put up big numbers.
SP could be boom or bust. More likely an inbetween of course. Halladay is slated to be great, but again...injury risk. Bonderman is supposed to bust out this year, again, a bit of a risk. RP is good with dotel and tsao, as long as that shoulder doesnt bother him too bad.

Overall I would say pretty good, try and improve the SP to get some certaintiy, my 2 cents.

Pretty good. Piazza and Bags are declining, and I mean now will be the peak of their value. See if you couldn't put together a package to replace those guys. You're low on steals - I think Castillo's days of 50 sb's are in the past. Greene I like this year. Burrell could be a nice player this year. Staff is rockin, nice job there.

BTW, I'VE SEEN NOTHING TO INDICATE TEX IS OUT A MONTH. LINK PLEASE. Being a life-long ranger fan, I think I would have heard about this by now - unless it's happened in the past few hours. Ranger message boards don't say anything and those guys are on top of everything Rangers.

yeah hook'em, i don't think that was accurate. let me rephrase, i hope to god it's not accurate, as a recently traded away dunn. I know piazza and bags are declining, but bags is just a util and i can put luis gonzalez (not much better, i know) in that slot and figure i can get league-average production there. catcher is thin, and the only catcher on the block is i-rod who i have my doubts about (e.g., is i-rod + andruw jones for vernon wells + piazza a good deal?) piazza's having a good spring, i'm just hoping he gets 135-40 games this year. My hitting was better before i traded dunn and john thomson for billy wagner, buerhrle, and dmitri young, but I think i needed the trade to sure up my SP. Thanks for the advice. let me know if there is anything i can do to help.
