Here is what I got.

HITTERS--

B. Crosby (Oak - SS)
B. Abreu (Phi - OF)
S. Sosa (Bal - OF)
M. Ordóñez (Det - OF)
L. Berkman (Hou - OF)

D. McPherson (LAA - 3B)
R. Hidalgo (Tex - OF)
R. Baldelli (TB - OF)

Thoughts -
-Might try to upgrade catcher. 1 team has V. Martinez and Javy Lopez.
-2B, SS, and 3B could be interesting. Iguchi could be a stud or dud. Crosby could have a solid year. Castillo, not sure if he can match last seasons stats?
-Probably will drop the hurt Baldelli
-What is the scoop on this McPherson kid? Worth holding onto?

PITCHERS--

K. Wood (ChC - SP)
M. Rivera (NYY - RP)
T. Percival (Det - RP)
R. Halladay (Tor - SP)
M. Clement (Bos - SP)

Thoughts-
-Solid starters, and 2 good closers. We also count holds so Flash Gordon will be nice.
-Might have the ability to trade a SP for a strong position player?

H2H Scoring is:
Hitters - R,HR,RBI,SB,BB,AVG
Pitchers - W,SV,K,HLD,ERA,WHIP

Abreu,Teix are studs

your MI if so-so

I would try and get someone who is a little more proven, who knows how Iguchi will be, he could be real nice though.

Sosa and Mags are big time studs IF healthy

Berkman is out for a while, look to stash him on your DL and pick up a replacement there, who is on your Waiver Wire?

your closers are REAL nice

Rivera/Percival are a great combo IF healthy

Prior/Wood have the potential to be 2 Dominant Pitchers, but they both have injury questions.

I like Halladay and Clement, nice solid guys in the middle of your staff

Overall - B-

you dont have a lot of Speed or Hitters to help your Avg.

you have a lot of question marks and need a lot of health for your team to compete, I would look to trade Wood and/or Sosa for some speed and a more dependable arm.


btw Dallas Mcpherson is a TOP prospect, a little banged up right now but I think he should be pretty nice this season..

Your outfield could be great, but three of the four are injury questions. Outside of Teixeira the infield doesn't look particularly good. Starting pitching looks great though.
