I started a Salary Team Keeper League and I am looking for members. What this means is, you pick a MLB team, you pick what players you want on your team from them, and when we fill up the league (16-20 members), we will have an 8 round draft over the remaining baseball teams and players not taken by members of the league. The draft order will be determined by the 2004 MLB Standings. The salary cap for this league will be $100M. To get salaries, you can just go here: http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/teams/salaries?team=bos
. When you get their salaries, just round up or round down to the nearest whole million dollar. Example: $2,450,000 would be $2M in this league. You can have a total of 28 major league players on your team. You can also have up to 10 minor leaguers on your team. Minor leaguers will cost $1M each. After the drafts are over, you will be giving your players contracts. You can sign your players up to 5 years. The way you would show this on your roster page is by doing something like this. Here is an example: I have Jason Varitek who costs $10M and I want to sign him for 3 years. I would put Jason Varitek-$10M/3yrs on my roster page, so everyone in the league can understand. This will be a head2head league, with these stats categories: BAT AVG, HR, RBI, SB, R, H, ERA, W, K, SV, WHIP, HLD. The starting positions for this league will be: C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, OF, OF, OF, UTIL, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, RP, P, P, P. That will leave you with up to 10 bench positions.
