You are right, your picks will be fun to watch. Your team is going to be very competitive too.

I am a huge fan of most of the potential breakout picks that you made.

I do not see any weaknesses with your team.

It is tough to judge how strong this squad will be without knowing how many teams are in your league though.

sorry, savage. thanks for the input (and i'm glad you agree)!

it's a 12-team, mixed league, H2H, non-keeper, daily transactions, um...i think that covers it. give me a link to your line-up; i'm always curious to check out the work of my peers!

I think you will do good if players live up to the hype you will be fine. I too like to try and find that sleeper.
Yes my team is an 8 team h2h league with some guys from work.
Thanks for the reply.

Your pitching looks very nice. Your offense looks solid too, I like Matos this year, I think he'll surprise some people (and he's not Abreu, I know). I'm not crazy about about Young or Jimenez, but it looks like a pretty deep league, so you should be fine. Like Jonesy said, if your sleepers pay off you could be sitting pretty, and you've got a good shot at most of them doing well.

Your team is very solid. Your breakout picks--Jimenez, Cintron (poor man's Vidro), Kearns, Matos, Bay, your young pitchers, and Thomson--are all good choices.

Matos may not do that well. He will probably be batting 8th, but if he moves up to the top of the lineup then he will be very good.

At least one of your young SPs should do well (Affeldt, Jackson, Lee, Soriano). Your lineup looks solid. You have plenty of SPs....you may want to deal one away or drop one to waivers in order to pickup another closer (Foulke and Baez alone will not make much of an impact).

Good luck!

yeah it looks good. i don't know how much i'd rely on sleepers though. your pitching looks the best as long as schmidt stays healthy and hters as good chance of that. otherwise i think your infield looks a little weak. a-rod's a strong anchor but some of those guys are big question marks, and i don't think matos will do well at all. i wouldn't trade my pitching away to improve the top though, theyre good just like they are

I would see if any of your sleeper pitchers produce and try trading for a solid second baseman or maybe make your outfield deeper.

Check out my team. I made a post for it on the main page. Let me know what you think.
