It looks like if Webb goes down then you are screwed.

You look like you did well with Dunn,Swisher and Cano

Well, I actually like the rotation... what's wrong with Harang and Kazmir after Webb? And Webb has been pretty durable over the years (as has Harang). Kazmir and Patterson are the real injury concerns.
I'm not a big Rios fan, so I would probably move Swisher to the OF, put LaRoche at 1B and bring in Upton or Gordon, but Rios track record is certainly longer than both of theirs. In that situation I think it would be worth it to pay attention to matchups, and which catcher Upton is up against.

Your team AVG is going to hurt with Dunn, Swisher, Soriano, and Hall (especially the first two). Not sure how best to solve that given what you have, and who might be on the WW, but it's something to keep in mind if it starts to depress your win total.

agree with the problems with avg. You already mentioned the weak RP, so try to stay on the ball on new arriving closers.

Try to trade LaRoche / Dunn for someone to net you more runs and hits. In terms of RP, I wouldn't get too upset with that - you know how it is during a course of a season. I would, however, consider trading one of your bottom line starters for a sufficient closer.

Try to deal LaRoche for a good reliever you could probably get some value for him.

agreed ^! you have too many decent SP on the bench, package them to someone for a lesser RP, try 1 for 1's at first and target guys like zumaya, torres and others!

I'd say your offense could use a little bit more pop in AVG in hits. I wouldn't be too worried about RP because it's always a toss up with a few teams once the season starts. I'd say move a pitcher for a guy with a better average.
