FantasyCafe experts R.J. White and Josh Shepardson, along with the eDraft crew, present the 2013 Fantasy Baseball Guide. Over 100 pages of ad-free insight. Download it now for free!
We hope you'll enjoy this site and make us your first choice for free tips, updates, discussion, and maybe even a bit of humor during the 2013 fantasy baseball season. Whether you're the commissioner of a long-running roto keeper league or looking for rankings for your very first draft, Fantasy Baseball Cafe will provide you with all the information you're looking for.
At the Fantasy Baseball Cafe, you'll find features such as Cheat Sheets, weekly Sleepers, Articles from an outstanding lineup of baseball writers, Links to other fantasy baseball resources, free games such as Pick3, Lucky Ladders, Matchup Meltdown and Trivia Time Trial, and a whole lot more. Above all, we look forward to seeing you in our Fantasy Baseball Forums for talk about everything from the latest updates to rules issues.
Oh yes - why call a fantasy baseball site a cafe? Aside from the fact that our addiction to fantasy sports is more serious than most caffeine dependencies, a cafe is just the place to meet people and exchange opinions, pick up the latest news, and relax for a little while. You'll have to provide the cappuccino yourself, but we won't be charging $4.89 a cup either: this cafe will be absolutely free.
All the best for a successful and fun 2013 fantasy baseball season,
The Fantasy Baseball Cafe staff
P.S: If you can spare a few minutes (and are older than 13), please take the Demographic Survey. At the very least, you'll bring a smile to our webmaster's face. Thank you!

What is one of fantasy owners’ worst nightmares? Marlins manager Mike Redmond offered insight when answering a question about who his closer was. “We’re going to use everybody,” Redmond said, according to the Palm Beach Post. “We’re going to use (Steve) Cishek. We’ll use (Chad) Qualls. We haven’t had that many save opportunities. We need those guys to pitch. We need Cishek to go down there and log some innings. He’s still going to close games. Qualls might close some games. (Mike) Dunn might close some games. We need these guys to pitch we need them to stay sharp. They’re all going to contribute.” [More]

We also answer Draft, Trade, Keeper, Waiver questions from the Cafe forums, play “Name That Waiver Claim,” pick some spot-starters worthy of your attention (and a few worth holding on to), talk about the returns of Matt Garza and others, figure out if two of last year’s top closers are in trouble, pick the best young pitcher in baseball and more. Raise your hand if you love drafting a second catcher. Yeah, I doubt there was many hands up there. It’s like going to a old relatives house when you’re young. “Mom, do we have to? I will be good the rest of the day and even clean my room!” [More]
