The guys on Cops would be screwed. Ever notice them in the foot chaces. There is always this overweight policeman chasing this skinny teenager.

It's not always a skinny teenager...sometimes it's a medium sized 30 year old with 9 teeth withouta shirt saying what;d I do, I didn't do nuttin wrong ( drops bag of weed and runs ) and then the fat cop chases him
