Last year, thanks to this forum, I got MLB.TV cheap, signing up for premium MSN web browser. It doesn't appear MSN has a simialr deal this year. I was wondering if anyone was aware of any MLB.TV deals this year?

I don't think so... so many of us ripped them off for free MLB.tv that they know the same will happen this year. But who knows, maybe they'll do it again in some form.

MSN Premium is having a deal with three months free. although i cant find any confirmation just yet, i am under the impression that MSN Premium subscribers have access to mlb.tv. it would be great if someone could confirm that.

that's what i did last year so i assume it includes mlb.tv still

This is kinda just a bump b/c I'd like to know too.

But, I tried to navigate MSN & MLB's pages yesterday to find an answer w/ little luck. Interestingly, though, MLB.TV's site does include the following in their Subscription Acess FAQ:

12. MSN Premium or Dial-up Subscribers.
If you are having problems or issues accessing your new subscription, it may be a problem with your MSN account. Please visit MSN Member Services for assistance. (http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/help/ ... ns.jsp#q12)

So, at least there appears to be some connection. If I could have found an email at MSN, I would have emailed them and asked. But alas, Geeky Billy Gates has hidden his employees behind the curtain. Can anyone else find out?

I did the MSNPremium deal last year, and I still seem to have access. Cancelled and have never got a charge on my card.

We'll see once the season starts though....

It would be nice if there could be some type of deal.

I am considering ordering MLB TV

It is half the price of extra innings, the quality isnt that bad. Saw a free preview of the spring training game. And its on the computer so I don;t have to be home to watch it.

The only thing I don't like is that local blackout restrictions apply.
