In Boston he should win a lot of games. Really, he should have won a lot last year, but Chi didn't produce. Clement had a great 1st half last year. Word was that he was battling some ongoing ashthma problems in the second half and that he wasn't really healthy. If they can keep that in check I think his second half control will improve and that will more than compensate for the bump his ERA will take moving to the AL.

I think that is a little early, but not much. I have seen him go at pick 62, 105, 95, 128, 133, and 115 in expert's drafts. This is an average of 106 or median of 110, which puts him in the early to mid 10th round. I like him a little more than most so I would take him in the 9th.
