I would lean towards walker, just because of his MLB experience.
Though Iguchi will probably get you more steals.

Trevsic has Iguchi batting something like .325. I would talk to him. ;-)

I agree. I'm not a big believer in Iguchi but if you need SB he is the way to go.

Tough call. I think the safe bet would be Walker since you know what to expect

I'd take a shot on Iguchi, with all the running the Sox plan on doing he should have some solid value

He is no Suzuki or Hideki Matsui, so I would not be too high on him. Look what happened with Kaz Matsui last year. As a flier in the late rounds you really can't go wrong, but do not bet on him being worth much. He could very well flop by May.

If you're looking for an everyday player then Walker. If you're looking for a guy with upside that you can put on your bench, then I'd take Iguchi in a heartbeat. Noone knew that Ichiro would be that good. Noone knew that Kaz would be mediocre. Noone knew that Shinjo would suck. Noone knew that Hideki would be that good (in fact, a lot of people said that Kaz would be much better). And noone knows how good Iguchi will be.

But I like the fact that Iguchi has several SB crowns in Japan and that he'll be batting #2.

Otter: Germans?
Boon: Forget it, he's rolling.

Both of them are nice late 2B options, IMHO. Walker is more of a known quantity.

Latest rumblings actually have him batting 9th, with Pods & Uribe batting # 1 & 2. If that is the case, then his stock drops, IMO.
