hmmm, is someone holding a gun to your head forcing you to only pick between these two pitchers? If so...well...are you sure it's loaded? It might be worth a gamble going with a different pitcher, BUT, if this is a real gun, with real bullets, go Lackey.

I am filling out my bench in a 16 team league (8th starters). They are probably the best pitchers that were available at the time. I went with lackey.

I think that eventually Myers will break out and be a very nice pitcher. That he will be the next Shilling, I have doubts on. But the kid was one of more touted pitching prospects a year or so ago. Granted that the road is littered with former "could have beens", but I think that Myers has too much talent to just let it waste away. Then again, Rick Ankeil was as much of a "can't-miss" prospect as was heralded.
One thing's for sure. Pitching in that ballpark certainly does not help. But with his stuff, Myers should be able to overcome it. After all, Oswalt pitches in a band-box, yet it does not seem to affect him. Not that I am comparing Myers to Os, but still.....
