For pitching:

The categories outs and Innings pitch.

Out 1pt.
Innings Pitch 3pt.

Does this mean if a pitcher gets pulled out of the game after getting two outs. The outs categories you get 2 and in the Innings pitch the pitcher gets 0pts.

Is this correct?

Sounds right to me, but I've not played a league with that kind of system, so wait for someone to verify that.
