The later it goes into spring training, aren't the chances of not getting an OF increase?
I just don't think the guys they have in the OF are going to create any excitement on a consistent basis. I hate platoons, but what is a small market team to do?

I think Mench would be a nice addition but it doesnt seem that the royals are to anxious to make any deal at all for any outfielder
