See, here's the thing about Pearl Jam's later albums: They aren't just putting out stuff that will sell on the radio, like U2 is. U2 disgusts me with their last two albums--it is such radio-driven drivel rock that I look at the Joshua Tree and am saddened.
Pearl Jam, on the other hand, has continued to push their music. They didn't write Ten to get on the radio, and they're not writing their current music to get on the air. You may not like it as much, but it's damn good.
