Here is my roster - any advice on upgrades? Another guy in th league is looking to trade Casey Blake (3B), I'm not sure how much of upgrade over Koskie that would ultimately be if at all. K's denote keepers.

Blake & Koskie are much the same value. I would take Koskie over Blake, but if you ask 100 people, it would turn out 50-50 each way.

3B aside, you have a nice hitting staff, but you may want to play Dave Roberts at util to give yourself some more speed.

Pitching staff is also pretty good for a (presumably) 12-team league
