Pitching Strategy for my H2H league - help

We're using the following categories - W, L, SV, K, HLD, ERA WHIP.

Aside from just setting up a well balanced rotation, are there any strategies you might employ (i.e. just a couple starters and a bunch of relievers etc.)?
