Should I just quit my league now?

Sorry, guy, but you're going down the tubes. Simply not good enough to compete in a 6 man league.

And the reason there is more luck involved is that everyone knows all the players and their approximate values. In deeper leagues, the more knowledgable people have a better chance - because they know about the scrubs.

They still have an advantage in your league, but the deeper the league, the bigger the advantage.

Yeah seriously, Paul Konerko on the wire? The guy dropped 40 bombs last year and isn't on a team in a fantasy baseball league? That's obscene

I agree, i think maybe you valued yankees too highly in your draft?

the kida are right to laugh at you. A six team league is not a league.

I think 12 is the perfect number (also adding two utlility slots to thin out the FA market)

we just had a draft..and even with 12 teams w/ 26 man rosters, there's still tons of talent available

note: should i drop Ryan Wagner for Juan Gone?

One, Juan Gone ain't worth picking up, he won't be starting. And your team probably will compete in a 6 teamer, maybe win, but some of those WW guys are ridiculous.

There has to be some better hitters than Juan Gone. He was trash last year, and theres no reason for him not to be this year.
