Firstly, I hope you have a catcher, and he was just missed off the cut-and-paste!
For your first draft, I think you've done really well. Great balance of speed and power in your hitters and very solid pitching staff.
The one area for improvement is closers; after Gagne, the others aren't the best! Affeldt will probably be better than last year, but won't have many opportunities, and I don't expect Mesa to have the job for long. Keep an eye on Spring Training, and see if any unexpected closers emerge. For example, Speier has just been announced as Toronto's closer, but the Cubs situation is very uncertain.
