In the NL, Dodger stadium and SanDiego's stadium are probably the two best pitchers parks.

Actually, Dodgers is getting renovated, and it was always not a bad park for home runs (Was it 11th overall last year?). They are removing some of the massive foul territory, which means a increase in BA more than likely. It'll still be a pitchers park, but not as bad.

You can get a decent idea of how much foul territory they are losing from this pic:

Yep, I'm gonna guess that it'll be much more nuetral than before. The lessening of foul territory does one thing: it decreases the amount of ABs lost to foul popouts. That in turn will increase the amount of ABs, and naturally all counting stats (both hitting and pitching) will increase. This means that HRs AND Ks will increasel, simply because there will be more ABs not ending in foul popouts. There will be more of an increase in the offensive categories, though, making the park more nuetral than before.

less foul territory will have an effect but i am not sure how dramatic it will be. from what i have heard, and i havent looked up the numbers, is that dodger stadium is a pitchers park because it tends to reduce doubles and triples.

i have also heard, and am not certain, is that the above posted pic isnt necessarily an accurate representation of how much foul territory will be reduced. supposedly some of the dirt is there because they had to clear some room to drive trucks through there.
