Help, I think I need help with my bullpen

Hi there everyone, greetings from Cologne Germany.
Here is my team, which was autodrafted in a public league. I'm quite new to fanatsy baseball - baseball at all come to that.
I think I need help with the bullpen, maybe 2 or 3 of my fielders on the bench will have to be replaced with pitchers. I tried trading Bonds for a top 10 pitcher but no one was biting.
Would appreciate hearing what you all think of my team.

You have some big talent but need to adjust your roster slightly.
I would consider moving Affeldt for another SP for one.
You may want to consider moving Finley or Bonds to get some speed into your lineup.

you definitely need a starter, but I wouldnt chase speed at the expense of power, you are already hanging on the edge between good and not so good. You will not be better if you lose Barry or Finley

I would drop both Broussard & Hillenbrand - you don't need them in a 12-team public league.

Pick up Dave Roberts - he will give you plenty of SBs.
Also pick up Pineiro - I expect a much improved season from him this year, and the Mariners have a better hitting team to back him up.

The other thing you could do is shop Guillen around to a team who is weak at SS, and see if you can grab a 2nd-tier starter for him. If someone is desperate, they may overpay.

Especially you Chris. I guess some Chris's must think alike!

I already made a move on Roberts and ditched Broussard (pending waivers).

Hillenbrand for Pineiro is also already under consideration since he is the best rated SP available.
I'm hanging back on that for now though.

Lawrence and Williams both SD are the next best available in my league going by the ratings. I dont think too much of either or them.

I think more help regarding sleepers might help. Any ideas?

For example what do you all think on taking a chance on Redman or Loaiza. Neither of them did too well last year it seems, but both must have the talent going by the numbers from 2003.

You need to find someone who is weak at SS and pawn off Carlos. Position scarcity should alure a SP. If you can find a team weak in both SS and 1B get rid of one of yours; you have way to many. Hillenbrand should be offered because of duel position eligibility. Good luck
