I'd shop Kendall or Mauer around for an upgrade at 2B, or SS - I don't like your 1st choices at either of those positions.

I considered Kendall, but Im worried about Mauer's health, Im thinking that Lowell is my bait since Ive got McPherson

Mauer has great potential but you are right about his health. Pawning Lowell may be risky since there is no way to know how McPherson is going to do. You have got some good pitchers you may want to package on of them for upgrades at 2B/SS. Good luck.
