I agree that they should go ahead and honor the JeterCenter-bid. Fair's fair. No question.

That being said, selfishly, if it had to have a current Yankee's name for a day, Jeter's fine. I've said it before... I have no problem with the guy. He's a really good ballplayer, and the Yanks are lucky to have him.

Now, if the winner had wanted to call it the A-Rod Center....
